Film director Chris Ad. Castillo dies of cardiac arrest

Film director Christopher Ad. Castillo passed away Saturday at age 54.

Castillio’s uncle, John, broke the news of the filmmaker’s passing.
“My nephew Christopher Ad Castillo just passed away at 11:26 pm August 18, 2018, in St. Luke’s Medical Center due to multiple organ failure that led to a cardiac arrest,” John wrote on Facebook.
“May he receive God’s graces. To all of his family and friends please pray for the eternal repose of his soul,” he added.
Direk Chris was known for his films In Darkness We Live (2014), The Diplomat Hotel (2013) and The Sky Is Falling (2002).
He was the son of the late Filipino veteran director Celso Ad. Castillo.
