The Sarah Geronimo-starrer “Miss Granny” is stronger on its second week as fans continue to schedule block screenings of the movie around the country. When it opened last week in 210 theaters, many were impressed with how the popstar played the young Odrey, a 70-year-old lady who was magically transformed to her 20-year-old self. “Miss Granny” is an adaptation of the South Korean blockbuster of the same title. The cast and crew of “Miss Granny” Philippines recently held a victory party. The movie is rated “B” by the Cinema Evaluation Board and PG by the Movie Television Review and Classification Board. Also starring James Reid and Xian Lim, the Viva Films presentation is directed by Joyce Bernal.
