“Aside from being famous in modelling, I would like to give them the opportunity to earn in real estate as real estate practitioners being young and also millennials,” said Salamat, also a popular motivational speaker, during an interview recently.

“It is also a lifetime career for this generation aside from modelling. Time comes our looks change. Our beauty fades and we are replaced by younger generations,” added Salamat.

“But a long-time career given to them, I will train them and offer an opportunity how to earn a big income in real estate.” said Salamat, as he partners with Prime Events Productions Philippines Foundation Inc. (PEPPS) under Carlo Morris Galang, which organizes the annual Misters of Filipinas contest.

Salamat also said that he has tied-up with the giants in real estate industry that are interested to support the activities of PEPPS in the future.

“So it’s a long-time career and I also help people from all walks of life, even in media, if you are looking for another career, you can earn money in real estate,” he said.

A former janitor and courier until he became successful in real estate, Salamat said that being a candidate in an international competition is already a winner.

“Success comes from your mindset. If you think you will win, you can create that. That’s how powerful our mind is,” he said.

Salamat added: “You don’t have to doubt. Once you choose to be a winner, you will be a winner. Once you accept yourself as a winner, it will create a spark on stage and show your confidence. If you don’t bring home the crown, at least you’ve learned your lesson.”
