Famous South Korean groups Red Velvet and NCT127 will headline the KPOP World Music Festival (KWMF) in Manila on June 9.
Event management company, DnM Entertainment, announced on Monday that the two groups will perform in the country alongside Kim Dong Han, Elris, Sohee of Elris.
The KWMF will be held at SM Mall of Asia Arena. No other details about the concert have been released as of writing.
Red Velvet is an all girl-group composed of Irene, Seulgi, Wendy, Joy, and Yeri. The quintet is famous for their hits “Bad Boy”, “Peek-A-Boo”, “Red Flavor”, and many others. Last year, the group was among the few chosen to perform at Pyongyang, North Korea before Kim jong-Un.
NCT 127, on the other hand, is a sub-unit of boy group NCT famous for songs “Cherry Bomb”, “Regular”, “Limitless”, etc.
Both groups are under management agency, SM Entertainment.
