There’s no stopping Maymay Entrata from conquering the world and she’s doing it one runway at a time.
The young actress-model made her international catwalk debut at Arab Fashion Week last year. This time, she has set her eyes on New York Fashion Week (NYFW) no less.
“Nag-audition po ako sa New York Fashion Week,” she said.
Maymay underwent “live” audition for NYFW as a muse of Dubai-based Furne One, the same designer who invited the actress to grace the Arab Fashion Week.
Iyong mga nasa New York Fashion Week, mga malalaking tao doon,” she explained.
Even if she makes it to NYFW, Maymay dismissed notions she will pursue modeling full-time in the United States.
NYFW is ongoing so it is presumed Maymay means the one to be held next year. The prestigious fashion show is held every February and September.
Other Filipino personalities who have walked the NYFW runway include beauty queens Catriona Gray, Pia Wurtzbach, Janine Tugonon, and Valerie Weigmann.
