For the love and support they have been receiving from Filipino fans, K-pop girl group Momoland has decided to give back through a worthy project.
Momoland will perform at the “Good Friends in Manila” concert on Oct. 5 at Araneta Coliseum.
MLD Entertainment, Momoland’s agency, announced that the K-pop group’s earnings will be donated to support Filipino kids in need through gift donations.
Beneficiaries of Momoland’s laudable act will be children in Barangays San Jose and Calawis in Antipolo City all of whom will receive clothes and other necessities on Oct. 25.
The charity event is organized by Miraean Smart City, the sponsor of “Good Friends in Manila,” and MLD Entertainment.
According to the entertainment agency, they have been looking for a chance to repay Filipino fans who have supported the group. Momoland and their agency said they plan to do the charity event yearly.
Momoland gained fame in the Philippines through their hits “BBoom BBoom,” “BAAM” and “I’m So Hot.”
Besides Momoland, “Good Friends in Manila” will have former Wanna One members and solo artists Kim Jae-hwan and Ha Sung-woon as guest performers.
Tickets are available at all Ticketnet outlets nationwide and online at www.ticketnet.com.ph.
