Lo shocked the pageant world when she announced on Instagram around midnight Saturday that she has arrived in Venezuela to compete in Miss Grand International (MGI) 2019 pageant which will culminate on Oct. 25.

Earlier, it was reported that French authorities deported Lo for allegedly carrying a fake passport on her way to Caracas to compete in the pageant.

Days after Lo came back to Manila, she decided to fly to Venezuela for the international competition, according to her post on Instagram.

Sources said that this time, Lo carried an American passport to Venezuela.

Lo and the MGI uploaded arrival photos in Venezuela on social media. One of the photos showed Lo being welcomed by Nawat Itsaragrisil, President of Miss Grand International and Miss Grand Thailand.

On her latest post on IG, Lo said: “Time check 9:14 PM, please don’t forget to LIKE the official photo for Best in Swimsuit award on Miss Grand International’s FB page and to those who already voted, thank you. Good night.”
